The evening's exclusive multi-course menu is crafted by Chef Riley O'Dette, whose decade of fine dining experience includes time at Bellemore, named Robb Report's Best New Restaurant in America, and the Michelin-starred Sepia, where he served as Sous Chef alongside James Beard–nominated chefs and acclaimed sommeliers.
Complementing the evening, KOVAL Distillery—Chicago's pioneering craft whiskey distillery—is partnering with Formerly Strangers to provide thoughtfully curated whiskey cocktails, creating a dining experience that celebrates exceptional food, handcrafted spirits, meaningful conversation, and the memories made together.
