Formerly Strangers: Volume 2 – Newstalgia reimagines familiar flavors through an elevated, playful lens, inviting guests to experience the beauty of being fully present around a shared table.
The evening's exclusive multi-course menu is crafted by Chef Riley O'Dette, whose decade of fine dining experience includes time at Bellemore, named Robb Report's Best New Restaurant in America, and the Michelin-starred Sepia, where he served as Sous Chef alongside James Beard–nominated chefs and acclaimed sommeliers.
Complementing the evening, KOVAL Distillery—Chicago's pioneering craft whiskey distillery—is partnering with Formerly Strangers to provide thoughtfully curated whiskey cocktails, creating a dining experience that celebrates exceptional food, handcrafted spirits, meaningful conversation, and the memories made together.
This event will take place in a beautiful loft space in Wicker Park (exact address will be provided upon ticket purchase)
